Basic CPR/AED and First Aid
Basic CPR/AED and First Aid is a beginner course designed for anyone who is NOT in a healthcare profession, but wants or needs to know the basics of CPR, AED use, and First Aid in case of an emergency. This class meets OSHA CPR requirements. Upon completion of this course, you will receive a 2 year certification through the American Heart Association.
Topics include:
- CPR for adults, children, and infants
- How to use an AED
- How to relieve choking in adults, children, and infants
- Basic first aid skills
- How to manage bleeding, broken bones and sprains, bites and stings

Basic CPR/AED and First Aid
Need both CPR/AED and First Aid certification? This course combines Basic CPR/AED and First Aid into one convenient class.
Students will learn CPR and choking relief for adults, children, and infants, along with First Aid fundamentals for responding to medical, injury, and environmental emergencies.
This course is approximately 5 hours in length. Upon successful completion, students will receive a 2-year American Heart Association CPR/AED & First Aid certification.

Basic CPR/AED

First Aid
This course covers essential First Aid skills, including how to respond to medical, injury, and environmental emergencies. CPR is not included in this course.
The First Aid course is approximately 3 hours in length. Upon successful completion, students will receive a 2-year American Heart Association First Aid certification.

Cards can take anywhere up to 10 business days to be processed. The certification will come from the American Heart Association via email.

Healthcare providers or students going into a healthcare field should take the BLS for Healthcare Provider course. Some CNA facilities/schools require First Aid as well.
