Tim Snyder - Owner/Founder
After serving in the Marine Corps for 4 years, Tim started his EMS career as a firefighter for San Diego in 2007. He moved to Colorado in 2012 and noticed a need for quality emergency medical education so he started Colorado Cardiac CPR and First Aid. Tim has grown Colorado Cardiac into one of the leading CPR companies in the Denver metro area which certifies approximately 800 students each month. Tim not only has a passion for teaching but he still actively works in the field as a critical care paramedic and flight paramedic. When not at work, he can be found cruising on his Harley or playing dad to his 11-year-old son.

Roxanne (Rox) Govea – Business Operations
Rox manages our instructors, contractors, class scheduling, and provides enrollment and certification administration for Colorado Cardiac CPR. Prior to joining our team of professionals, Roxanne worked for the Douglas County School District in K-12 education for more than 7 years. She earned a BS in Applied Psychology with a minor in Communications from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
When she is not diligently working to manage the demands of our CPR and First Aid Training Site, she enjoys reading all types of books, and loves to capture her thoughts in writing. Roxanne sings in her church choir, loves dogs and has been happily married for more than 25 years. She loves her three dogs and her three sons, but not necessarily in that order.

Harley Beal – Program Manager
Harley is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and has been in Colorado since 2021. She practiced as a paramedic for several years prior to transitioning into the instructor role. Emergency medicine is “the family business” for Harley; her “Pap” was a firefighter/EMT/instructor legend in the Florida Keys, so she spent her formative years in the firehouse (and thought all little kids knew that ABC stands for airway, breathing, circulation).

Rob Freeman – Training Center Coordinator
Rob is a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician, certified in 1989. He began his emergency medicine career as a volunteer member of the Quick Response Squad while enrolled at West Chester University. Rob quickly fell in love with helping others in their time of need.
During his career Freeman has worked on an ambulance, in the emergency room, in the intensive care unit and even spent some time dispatching police, fire and EMS. He has always loved teaching as he was originally enrolled in college to be a teacher, but then found his love of emergency medicine. Rob has taken his love of EMS and teaching and currently works as the Training Center Coordinator for Colorado Cardiac CPR.
